Jasmin Waldmann is one of the world’s most experienced and successful Business and Life Coaches. A German with last residence in Cologne, Jasmin has lived and worked in many countries like India, the United States, and Australia. She currently lives in Dubai. Jasmin has been helping hundreds of international firms reach their fullest potential and achieve great success.

Jasmin Waldmann is a renowned life coach and wellness expert. She is the inventor of Pilardio®, a concept that combines Pilates and Cardio, and the developer of JaWa Diet.

She offers a unique approach. By training the mindset and the business sense of a corporation’s staff, she’s able to help everyone grow individually and professionally, which, in turn, helps the company grow stronger and attain higher growth.

Navigate the journey to holistic health with Amit Malhotra, a high-flying investment banker who loves his gut and all things gourmet. Amit lives the proverbial good life—a loving family, successful career and luxurious life—albeit with a paunch.

After his recovery from covid-19, Amit realizes he needs to revaluate his lifestyle when he loses a close colleague to a fatal heart attack forcing him to face the harsh realities of his fast-paced life.

After this wake up call, the gym-hating, food-binging couch potato recognizes that he will have to change his ways before it takes a toll on him. But will he be able to accomplish this steep climb?

Change Me captures Amit as he discovers his true being—his mind, body and spirit—and marches towards a healthy, fulfilling future.

Here comes an unconventional self-help book, Change Me by Jasmin Waldmann – a renowned professional life coach. Jasmin takes readers on a remarkable voyage of self-discovery and personal growth. The book offers a unique perspective on the process of self-transformation, encompassing both the body and mind.

Follow the story of Amit Malhotra, a 35-year-old investment banker, who revels in a life of culinary indulgence and comfort, disregarding the importance of fitness and well-being. However, two life-altering incidents shake the foundation of his existence. The first jolts him when an unintentional reference to “uncle” from a beautiful young woman forces him to confront his aging body. The second incident strikes even closer to home when a dear friend and colleague suffers a fatal heart attack during a conference. These events propel Amit on an introspective journey, compelling him to reevaluate his lifestyle choices.

Unlike conventional self-help books, “Change Me” encapsulates the awe-inspiring odyssey of an ordinary man seeking holistic fitness, with the invaluable guidance of a life coach. Join Amit as he navigates the realm of self-realization, striving to enhance his life physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Change Me” is a must-read for individuals grappling with the desire to transform their lives and ensure a healthy and fulfilling future. This book inspires readers to break free from the relentless pursuit of success at any cost and encourages them to start truly living. It particularly resonates with those who are resistant to change, providing insights into why change is necessary and how it can enrich all facets of life. The ook offers a fresh perspective on life as a whole, making it a valuable read for anyone seeking personal transformation.

“Change Me” is a commendable book for those who are seeking to improve their lives and in need of guidance along their transformative journey. I wholeheartedly rate it 4 out of 5, as it successfully navigates the complexities of personal growth, offering inspiration, practical advice, and a fresh perspective on life’s infinite possibilities.

  1. I personally success is a very relative term and depends on what you think is important in your life. For me, success is defined by how content and satisfied I am with my work and life. It means having a sense of purpose and feeling successful in all aspects of life – from health to relationships to career. To me, success is about achieving balance and happiness within myself rather than reaching external accomplishments or milestones.

  2. I think that we should try and have a healthy lifestyle even if we haven’t yet gotten an illness. This book seems to be a good one for those who take their body and health for granted and for those who give excuses for not taking care of their gutt.

  3. Change Me 2nd Edition offers a concise 260-page exploration of self-help within the health genre. Despite my usual genre preferences, its brevity makes it intriguing for a potential read. Loved the author introduction inclusion.

  4. The book seems really interesting. What I really like is that the author presents her case through the life and struggles of Amit Malhotra, who seems to epitomize the struggles and challenges being faced by millions of professionals today.

  5. A healthy body and mind makes for a healthy spirit. The author seems to have created a perfect balance in this book. I find self help books very motivating, though we shouldn’t wait for our health to slip before embarking on good things.

  6. Whew! Another self-help book to look for to read. This book review is great! Gave us an insite on what it is about yet good enough to stop sharing the gist and get us excited to read the book on our own.
