Blurb:
Arjun Sud a 42-year-old Chartered Accountant lives a stressful corporate life working for an MNC with his family in Mumbai. His wife insists him to attend her cousins wedding in Delhi. The family plans for a holiday to Agra along with an adventure animal safari at nearby Chambal forests. Their holiday goes horribly wrong when one of the camels carrying the children panics and runs deep into the jungle to the land of the sacred Paharian tribes. Arjun’s sister Nikki accidentally unlocks the door of the mysterious cave, which is, supposed to hold some ancestral secrets of the tribal. According to the rituals followed by the tribal the one who unlocks the door of the cave has to be killed. The tribal create a Chakravyuh surrounding the family and give them an option either to hand over Nikki or challenge them in an even battle.
In a shocking revelation Arjun and family come to know that the Chakravyuh actually was a brilliantly designed cipher as a code, a key to the secrets of the mysterious caves. They are helped through the first door inside the caves by the tribals only to realise that the route to the secrets are filled with life threatening dangers. The entire family decides to quit the expedition, that’s when Mr Singhania, an industrialist, shows his true colours and locks them inside the caves to face yet another Chakravyuh.

My View:
Chakravyuh is one of the literature brilliance which I read in the recent times. This book is a connotative repercussions of Arjun Singh Sud and his family in the deep jungle. The story proceeds with an unusual and mysterious plot where the protagonist and his family falls prey to the tribes, the Paharians. As an  icing on the cake, family plunges into the chakravyuh(puzzle maze), which is a timeline trap eventually to end in death.

Will the family get through the task?
How did they Break the mysterious maze puzzle ?

The narration is so good that you can feel that every word is transforming into a motion picture at your background. Unlike going into the actual plot directly, author is ingenious in setting up the Stage and the backdrop, And hence explaining that the protagonist’s family stands the prime reason of the story. The tale grips once the Kabila: Land of Paharians gets introduced and turns out to be an interesting page turner. Not to spoil the plot, the novel highlight is “10 PM Trap” chapter in the halfway and the pictographic explanation Which is comprehensive to the author’s viewpoint and the progress of the story.
Unlike the mythological, fantasy and history genre books, the chakravyuh is focused on conveying the important points of life: Human values,  Family togetherness, stress management, problem solver mindset and team work. Hence I call this as a self-help book as well.

Important cardinal is the book cover with a spooky image of a maze(chakravyuh) and an erected wooden pillar and the The title of the book itself is adequate to perceive what this book gonna offer to its readers.

Elements to look:
1. Book Title, Background & paper quality
2. Tile & chapter fonts (resembles Latin terminology)
3. Detailed description of every chunk of knowledge
4. Composition of fantasy & fiction

I rate ” Chakravyuh – Jitendra Attra” a 4.25/5 with perfect combination of all possible elements, not to miss appreciating novelist effort using apt words, proper narration, superfine vocabulary, perfect use of research skills, nail-biter and perfect ending.

PS: To conclude, I take the liberty in admiring “Story Mirror” team selecting this book, which makes them distinctive among their fella publishing contenders and also Mr Abhishek Rajput for extraordinary cover design. This book fits to be made as a motion picture.
