Book Description..!!
Urban life often leads to a departure from our true nature, causing pervasive physical, mental, and spiritual breakdowns, fuelling epidemic levels of stress and anxiety. Sanyaas in the City offers a path to self-discovery and divine awakening amid urban chaos, serving as a beacon for city dwellers seeking meaning and fulfillment.
This book unveils the essence of the Sanyaas way of life, helping readers integrate its principles into their hectic, modern-day settings with minimal disruption. Whether you are already practising yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, or are new to these practices, this comprehensive guide provides the next logical steps to deeper self-understanding and growth.

The authors dream of making this a mass movement that can lead to global transformation by bringing soul-centredness to the lives of millions who are mindlessly chasing the material dream. Written in an easily understandable and relatable manner, Sanyaas in the City is a practical guide for anyone yearning for a more meaningful, balanced, and peaceful life amidst the urban hustle.
What does this book offer?
‘Sanyas In The City’ has much to say about transcending the mind boundaries free from ego to practice liberation and being omnipresent in urbanized life. Adhering to the SIX gunas of sanyasi, one must enact the society’s emancipation.

The author (s) strongly believe in the concept of attaining an urban monk attitude through yogic practices and thereby upholding the Body-Soul connection. However, with vast available yogic practices, we fall prey to perplexity about the path of salvation and solitude. Beyond the demands of materialistic pleasure, this book is an immaculate mentor.
Book Motif..!?!
Spread across seven chapters, this book deals with spiritual path finding plus a storehouse of knowledge and wisdom. Authors offer tools, self-assessment techniques, examples, and practices for readers that are viable and equally adaptable in day-to-day life.
My take…!!!
With self-perception as a key ingredient, authors weave a meaningful path well-stuffed with use cases, yogic practices, and exercises. As an addendum, the authors emphasize mental wellness and mind control.
My favorite chapter is Spiritual Consciousness and Realistic Manifestation, which I spent most of my reading time on. The author(s) deduce yogic well-being and states of consciousness beyond the caste and religious rituals. I thank the author(s) for furnishing the Soul Mind Kriya framework for the readers’ benefit.

Conclusion..!!
Sanyas In The City is about finding salvation in the chaotic urban life through respectable practices and rituals accentuating well-being. This is an ought book for every individual seeking peace and inner freedom.
This isn’t another shelved Self-help book; this is a path-finding toolkit towards body/soul liberation, delving into the clutches of urbanization.
